Dear John:

It sounds like a TV show. In all seriousness, I want to thank you on behalf of Etonic, Inc., for all the assistance which you provided during the Marchand family visit. I spoke with both Suzanne and Yves and they both were impressed with the service, care and attention which was afforded them by you. I have enclosed additional copies of this letter, please route one to your home office and feel free to show this to any potential customer(s) as a reference.

I have enjoyed working with you and I look forward to working with you in the future.

Very truly yours,
David Ryder

Dear Tom,

I wanted to take a moment to write you regarding the outstanding work done by John Gallagher in connection with the recent rental of our property at 30 Ocean Avenue in Scituate. In the opinion of myself and my wife, Wink, John has done an excellent job of overseeing and showing the property, negotiating a rental agreement on very attractive terms and keeping us in the loop during the whole process. While I consider myself a negotiator, I found that John was always one step ahead of me in terms of his ability to represent our interests. Even more impressive, however, is the fact that John did not "toot his own horn" in the process. Rather, the proof was in the results.

As you know, this is not the first time we have been represented by John; nor do we expect it to be our last. Nonetheless, I wanted to advise you of how much we have enjoyed working with John and your firm.

Sincerely yours,
Denis Cullen

Dear Mr. Hamilton,

In the recent sale of my property in Cohasset, I was represented by Prudential Agent John Gallagher. The sale of this particular piece of property was not an ordinary transaction as I had thought it would be, but one which involved considerable time and effort to resolve the many complications and problems encountered.

Mr. Gallagher invested much of his time to research and correct these problems in order to bring this property to market. He went beyond the normal scope of an agent's duty to accomplish this, never yielding or wavering as one complication was corrected, only to be encountered by a new one.

As an out of state resident, I relied heavily on Mr. Gallagher's tenacity and high degree of professionalism to represent my interests in the sale of this property. Without hesitation, I would rate Mr. Gallagher as an excellent agent, one which I feel PRUDENTIAL is truly honored to have.

Sincerely,
Ed Coutchie
