I wanted to take a moment to write you regarding the outstanding work done by John Gallagher in connection with the recent rental of our property at 30 Ocean Avenue in Scituate. In the opinion of myself and my wife, Wink, John has done an excellent job of overseeing and showing the property, negotiating a rental agreement on very attractive terms and keeping us in the loop during the whole process. While I consider myself a negotiator, I found that John was always one step ahead of me in terms of his ability to represent our interests.
